Apart from investments in WrocÅ‚aw, the joint venture of Austrian Warimpex and American Starwood Capital Group plan to open five other hotels in three Polish cities: Katowice, Zielona Góra and Bydgoszcz and also in Hungarian Budapest. The companies are also considering further business activity in other Central and Eastern European countries.
Two new hotels in Wrocław
Campanile and Premiere Classe hotels, 300 rooms in all, will be butli in Wrocław city centre, more precisely within Gliniana, Borowska, Sieradzka and Ślężna streets. New Warimpex and Starwood Capital Group investments will be completed by the end of 2011.
The hotels belong to so-called economic group (class?). Campanile has 152 rooms, Premiere Classe slightly fewer, 136. The general contractor is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex, while both hotels will be managed by Louvre Hotels international company. These business hotels will be the places of great value services for reasonable price.
