Polish commune fought for the centre with London and finally won. State-of-the-art labs will be the workplace of ca. three hundred engineers. The centre is going to be created within the period of two years.
LG opens R&D centre in Kobierzyce
LG Electronics decided to open their first European R&D centre in the village of Kobierzyce, the suburb of Wrocław. The commune beat up London in the race. Abort three hundred engineers will be employed.
LG Group’s factories producing LCD and refrigerators have been operating in Biskupice Podgórne for a couple of years. Now, first European LG Electronics innovation centre joins them.
